Crunchyroll has announced the exclusive release of five Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba TV specials, giving fans a great opportunity to catch up on the early arcs of Tanjiro and Nezuko’s journey. These specials, originally broadcast on Japanese television, offer condensed versions of the first major story arcs, from Sibling’s Bond to the Hashira Meeting Arc.
The five TV specials act as a digest of key events in the Demon Slayer saga, allowing viewers to easily transition into Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train or continue the series from there.
The five TV specials cover the following arcs:
- Sibling’s Bond
- Asakusa Arc
- Tsuzumi Mansion Arc
- Mt. Natagumo Arc
- Hashira Meeting Arc
Crunchyroll streams the full Demon Slayer TV anime series, the Mugen Train movie, and the latest Hashira Training Arc, available in both sub and dub formats.
Additionally, Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment are set to release Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle, the first film in a new trilogy, later this year. This movie continues Tanjiro’s journey as he fights alongside the Demon Slayer Corps to confront the demon leader, Muzan Kibutsuji. The film follows Tanjiro and his comrades as they prepare for an intense battle against demons, culminating in the climactic showdown in the Infinity Castle, a stronghold of the demons.
