The second part of Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE is set to premiere in July 2025, continuing the journey of Senku and the Science Kingdom as they arrive in the Americas. The announcement was made following the airing of the final episode of Cour 1. To mark the occasion, character designer Yuko Iwasa unveiled a new illustration featuring Senku and Xeno.
Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE, based on the manga by Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi, is directed by Shuhei Matsushita at TMS Entertainment. The series features scripts by Kurasumi Sunayama, character designs by Yuko Iwasa, and music composed by Tatsuya Kato, Hiroaki Tsutsumi, and Yukihiro Kanesaka.
All seasons of the Dr. STONE TV anime, along with the RYUSUI special episode, are available for streaming on Crunchyroll. The series is described as follows:
Thousands of years after a mysterious event turns all of humanity to stone, Senku Ishigami, a brilliant science-driven boy, awakens. In a world where civilization has collapsed, Senku is determined to use science to rebuild it. Alongside his super-strong childhood friend Taiju Oki, who also awakens at the same time, Senku embarks on a quest to restore humanity, beginning with the basics of science and technology. The adventure spans two million years of scientific history, from the Stone Age to the modern day.
