Your Forma, a new cyberpunk anime, has released a second trailer, its ending theme song, and additional casting details. The anime, produced by REMOW and Geno Studio, premiered its first three episodes at Kawaii Kon in Hawaii this past weekend.
Set in a world where memories are stored in a device called “Your Forma,” the series follows investigator Echika and her android assistant Harold as they solve criminal cases. Based on the Dengeki Novel Grand Prize-winning light novel, the anime explores human nature through its most shocking case.
Kana Hanazawa returns as Echika, and Kensho Ono reprises his role as Harold. The ending theme, “Neo-Luddite,” is performed by 9Lana, while the opening theme, “Gridout,” is by yama.
The new trailer delves into Harold’s emotional journey with Echika and introduces new characters voiced by Koichi Yamadera, Tomokazu Sugita, and Hisako Tojo.
Synopsis
In 1992, a pandemic led to the development of “Your Forma,” an invasive device implanted to record memories. Investigating crimes in this world requires accessing collective data, a job for “Electronic Investigators” like Echika, partnered with the humanoid Harold.
Voice Cast
The voice cast also includes Nao Toyama, Aya Endo, Nobuhiko Okamoto, Ayaka Nanase, Chiwa Saito, and Yuu Hayashi.
Directed by Takaharu Ozaki (Goblin Slayer), with music by Tatsuya Kato, Your Forma is set to premiere in 2025.
