The television anime adaptation of Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister (Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi), based on Marcey Naito’s manga, is set to resume on January 14, 2024. The official website for the series confirmed that episode 14 will air on TV Tokyo and its six affiliate channels, as well as on BS NTV at 24:00 JST (effectively 12:00 AM JST on January 15). The anime will also stream simultaneously on Amazon Prime Video in Japan.
The upcoming cour (quarter of a year) will feature a new opening theme titled “Pray Pray Pray,” performed by the voice actresses of the three Amagami sisters: Sumire Uesaka, Kaede Hondo, and Shion Wakayama.

Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi first premiered on October 1, 2024, and will run for a total of 24 episodes, split into two cours. The anime is currently streaming on Crunchyroll, where it is also available in English dub.

The anime is directed by Yujiro Abe (known for his work on KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!), with assistant director Hiroshi Watanabe. Yasuko Aoki is handling the series scripts, while Haruko Iizuka is designing the characters.
Plot Overview
The story follows Uryu Kamihate, a young man determined to leave his troubled past behind and pursue a career in medicine. However, upon moving into a new foster home at a working shrine, his dreams of a quiet life are quickly dashed. He finds himself living with the three energetic and beautiful Amagami sisters, and soon learns that he must marry one of them and take over the temple, changing his life forever.
The Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister manga, which began serialization in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in April 2021, is ongoing. Kodansha USA Publishing holds the license for the English-language release, and the manga is also available digitally through the K MANGA service.
