WWWave Corporation Expands Anime Slate
This announcement marks the first project under WWWave Corporation’s Deregula anime label, launched in June 2023. Deregula focuses on adapting manga from other publishers into anime, and Yandere Dark Elf is the label’s first confirmed title. The company aims to release four new animated titles annually under Deregula, while continuing to produce its AnimeFesta series at the same pace.
Founded in 2010, WWWave Corporation is well known for producing adult-oriented manga, including boys-love and mature romance titles. The company also runs ComicFesta, a digital manga site, and the AnimeFesta programming block, which has produced more than 30 short anime adaptations of its manga. These adaptations often feature two versions: a censored broadcast version and an uncensored premium version available online.
For international audiences, many of these anime titles and manga are released in English through Coolmic, a platform dedicated to offering the company’s works to global fans.
Yandere Dark Elf promises to deliver a thrilling mix of romance and fantasy, blending humor, fantasy tropes, and an obsessive love story. Fans of the genre can look forward to its premiere in April 2025.
