The popular gag manga Gag Manga Biyori by Masuda Kosuke is set to receive a television anime adaptation, now titled Masuda Kosuke Gekijo Gag Manga Biyori GO. The anime is scheduled to premiere in April 2025.
Studio DEEN will be handling the animation production for the series, with Akitaro Daichi serving as the director. The main voice cast has also been confirmed, including Yuji Ueda as Pensuke, Kaori Nazuka as Usami, and Eiji Takemoto as Imoko Omono.
Fans of the original Gag Manga Biyori series, known for its surreal and fast-paced humor, can expect the same quirky and unique comedic style in this new adaptation. More details on the plot and additional cast members are expected to be revealed in the coming months.
