The highly anticipated anime Headhunted to Another World: From Salaryman to Big Four has unveiled its second visual and trailer, confirming a January 2025 release date. Produced by GEEKTOYS and CompTown, the same studios behind Migi and Dali, this adaptation continues to generate excitement following the initial visual and trailer released in July.
The newly released trailer features previews of both theme songs: the opening titled “Isekai Kyosokyoku” performed by Seino Kentaro, and the ending theme “Tsuno Girlfriend” by otonari. Crunchyroll has secured streaming rights for the series.
Additionally, the anime has announced four new cast members: Takanori Hoshino as Sylphid, Nene Hieda as Gnome, Chitose Morinaga as Orl, and Ayami Tsukui as Nia.
Returning to the main cast are Yuki Ono voicing the salaryman Uchimura, Konomi Kohara as the fiery Heavenly King Urumander, and Akio Otsuka as the Demon Overlord.
The production team includes director Michio Fukuda, series composition by Hiroko Fukuda, character design by Ayumi Nishihata, and music by Takafumi Wada. The art direction is led by Ken Naito.
Based on the manga by Muramitsu, with artwork by Benigashira, Headhunted to Another World follows the story of Uchimura Denosuke, an ordinary salaryman summoned by the Demon King to become one of the Four Heavenly Kings. Armed only with his office skills, he must navigate this new world while supporting the Demon King and ensuring his own survival. Seven Seas Entertainment has licensed the manga in English.
