Demon Slayer fans can look forward to the upcoming release of the fourth season on Netflix. Unlike previous seasons, this installment focuses less on Tanjiro and his friends battling demons. Instead, it highlights their training with the Hashira, the strongest members of the Demon Slayer Corps. Although the original manga for this storyline covers only a few chapters, Ufotable, the studio behind the anime, has added extra material to enhance the season’s content.
Hashira Training Arc Overview
The fourth season, known as the Hashira Training Arc, consists of four episodes. After the intense battles of the Swordsmith Village Arc, Tanjiro begins healing from his injuries and dives into training with the Pillars of the Demon Slayer Corps. Although Inosuke and Zenitsu had smaller roles in season three, they return in season four to train alongside Tanjiro. Together, the trio gains new strength, which will be crucial for the upcoming Infinity Castle movies, marking the final conflict of the series.
Release Date and Availability
Demon Slayer’s fourth season will be available on Netflix starting October 31. This release comes as Netflix expands its anime collection. The platform already features several popular shonen series, including Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece, Yu Yu Hakusho, Dr. Stone, The Seven Deadly Sins, My Hero Academia, Naruto, and many more. In addition to its release in the United States, the fourth season will also be available in Latin America and Canada.
Anime fans can mark their calendars for Halloween, as the Hashira Training Arc promises to be an exciting addition to Netflix’s lineup.
