In an unprecedented move for anime merchandise, Naruto Uzumaki’s legendary rivalry with Sasuke Uchiha has taken to the streets with the launch of the first official Naruto-themed BMX bike. This groundbreaking collaboration between Throne Cycles and Viz Media introduces “The Goon – The Final Battle,” marking a significant milestone as the first anime-themed bike to be officially released.
The 29-inch BMX bike is designed to commemorate the iconic showdown between Naruto and Sasuke. Its drive side showcases Naruto’s signature orange and yellow color scheme, adorned with various recognizable symbols from the series, including the Uzumaki clan emblem, the nine-tail fox seal, and Naruto’s profile. Conversely, the non-drive side of the bike features Sasuke Uchiha’s distinctive violet hue, highlighted by his profile and the Amaterasu flame motif. The bike’s seat portrays Naruto and Sasuke in a dramatic pre-battle stare-down, encapsulating the essence of their intense rivalry.
This release represents a pioneering effort in anime merchandise. While Barcelona-based Bel & Bel had previously announced a $26,000 real-life replica of Kaneda’s motorcycle from “Akira,” this model is yet to be released and remains the only other anime-themed bike available for purchase.
Throne Cycles’ “The Final Battle” BMX bike is now available for online orders at a price of $899.00, with shipments scheduled to commence on September 25, 2024. Fans of Naruto Shippuden can catch up on the series via streaming platforms such as Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Prime Video.
