Renowned singer and voice actor Amatsuki has unveiled the official music video for his latest single, “Up Start,” which serves as the opening theme for the TV anime A Nobody’s Way Up to an Exploration Hero. The video, now available on Amatsuki’s YouTube channel, highlights the energetic rock sound that complements the anime’s modern fantasy narrative.
The song marks Amatsuki’s sixth CD single and continues his streak of contributing music to popular anime series. His previous works include theme songs for Digimon Universe: App Monsters (2016), Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion (2019), and Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun (2021).
Amatsuki first gained attention in 2010 by sharing his singing performances online, quickly amassing a massive following. With over 1 billion views to date, he currently boasts 1.73 million followers on X (formerly Twitter) and 1.99 million subscribers on his primary YouTube channel.
The CD single for “Up Start” was officially released in Japan on August 21, 2024, available in both a CD+Blu-ray limited edition and a CD-only regular edition.
