The first season of the Beyblade X anime series will debut on Disney XD in the United States on July 13. Following its US release, the anime will also be available for streaming on Disney+ and Hulu in multiple languages later this year. Originally aired in Japan in October 2023, Beyblade X will also premiere in Canada on Cartoon Network and in Australia on 9Go!.
As the fifteenth season in the Beyblade franchise, Beyblade X centers around Blader Robin Kazami, who teams up with former champion Jaxon Cross after a defeat. Together, they aim to reclaim the championship, enlisting popular influencer Multi NANA-iro to form Team Persona.
Beyblade X marks the fourth generation of the franchise, following the original series, Metal Fusion, and Burst. The series features a cast that includes Soma Saito and AJ Beckles as Jaxon Cross, Shuichiro Umeda and Caleb Yen as Robin Kazami, and Ruriko Noguchi and Anairis Quinones as Multi NANA-iro.
The Beyblade X manga began in Shogakukan’s Monthly Coro Coro Comics on May 15, and two volumes have been released so far. The anime series currently has 39 episodes, expected to stream on Disney+ and Hulu simultaneously.
In addition to the anime, a video game titled Beyblade X: XONE is set for release on Nintendo Switch and PC in Japan on November 14. Disney’s partnership with the Beyblade franchise continues after the previous season, Beyblade Burst Quadstrike, aired last year.
For those eager to catch up, Beyblade X will be available on Disney XD starting July 13.
