Crunchyroll has announced that it will stream the “My Wife Has No Emotion” and “My Deer Friend Nokotan” anime for the summer 2024 season.
My Wife Has No Emotion:
Streaming Date: June 29
Regions: North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and the Indian subcontinent.
Premiere Date: July 2 on Tokyo MX at 11:00 p.m. JST, followed by MBS and BS Asahi channels. The anime will debut on ABEMA on June 29.
Story: Based on Jirō Sugiura’s manga, it follows Takuma, a single man who buys a robot, Mina, to help with chores. As they spend more time together, Takuma begins to fall for Mina, raising questions about a human-robot relationship.
Production Team: Directed by Fumihiro Yoshimura at Tezuka Productions, with scripts overseen by Mitsutaka Hirota and character design by Zenjirou Ukulele.
My Deer Friend Nokotan:
Streaming Date: July 7 (availability may vary by time zone)
Regions: Worldwide except mainland China and Japan. In Japan, it debuts on ABEMA on July 3.
Platforms: Crunchyroll, Amazon Prime Video, ADN, Anime Onegai, and additional services in over 140 countries and territories.

Story: Based on Oshioshio’s manga, it centers on Torako, a perfect student with a secret delinquent past, and Nokotan, a transfer student with antlers who can sniff out Torako’s secrets.
Production Team: Directed by Masahiko Ohta at Wit Studio, with Takashi Aoshima supervising the scripts, Yasuhiro Misawa composing the music, and Ayumu Tsujimura designing the characters.
