The highly anticipated anime adaptation of Sentenced to Be a Hero, based on the light novel series by Rocket Shokai and MEPHISTO, has unveiled an exciting new teaser visual and confirmed its 2025 release date. Studio KAI, known for its work on Skeleton Knight in Another World, will be handling the animation production, though key staff, including the director, have yet to be announced.
The anime’s main cast has also been revealed, with two prominent voice actors confirmed:
- Xylo Fobartz will be voiced by Yohei Azakami, known for his role as Ron in Ron Kamonohashi’s Forbidden Deductions.
- Teoritta will be voiced by Mayu Iizuka, recognized for her portrayal of Airi in CUE!.
