The highly anticipated second season of Go! Go! Loser Ranger! will premiere in April 2025, according to an official announcement made on Friday via the anime’s official website. The news was accompanied by the release of a new teaser promotional video and a striking teaser visual.
The second season will see the return of key staff members from the first season. Director Keiichi Satō, known for his work on Tiger & Bunny, will continue his role at Yostar Pictures, alongside series composition writer Keiichirō Ōchi, character designer Kahoko Koseki, animation supervisor Kenji Hayama, and composer Yoshihiro Ike.
Go! Go! Loser Ranger! will air on Sundays at 11:30 p.m. JST, as part of the “Agaru Anime” programming block, on CBC/TBS and its 28 affiliated networks. Internationally, Disney+ will once again be streaming the series.
The anime’s first season debuted on April 7, airing on TBS and 27 of its affiliates. It is also available for global audiences via Disney+ and Hulu in North America.
The anime is based on Go! Go! Loser Ranger!, a manga series by Negi Haruba, which began serialization in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in February 2021. Haruba is also the creator behind the popular The Quintessential Quintuplets. The series’ success has extended beyond the screen, inspiring a stage play in Tokyo in September.
Fans can expect the second season to continue the action-packed adventures with familiar voices and new surprises when it arrives in April 2025.
