New Key Visual and Cast Announced for “I’m a Noble on the Brink of Ruin” Anime; January 2025 Release Date Confirmed

The upcoming anime adaptation of the popular light novel series I’m a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic has unveiled a new key visual and announced additional voice cast members. The series, produced by Studios DEEN and Marvy Jack, is set to premiere in January 2025.

This follows the earlier release of the anime’s first teaser trailer and the introduction of its main cast.

Kenichi Ishikura will direct the series, with Midori Otsuka serving as the character designer. The soundtrack will be composed by Alisa Okehazama, and Tatsuya Takahashi will handle series composition. The anime adapts the I’m a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic light novel series by Nazuna Miki and Kabocha. The light novel is licensed in English by J-Novel Club.

The story centers on a middle-aged man who is reincarnated into the body of a young noble from a family on the verge of ruin. Equipped with magical abilities, he sets out to use his knowledge from his previous life to rescue his new family from disaster.
